The Garbure

The Garbure is the traditional dish of the area of Lourdes, the dish that Bernadette ate. The Garbure gathers the flavours of the vegetables: cabbage, carrot, onion, leek, turnip, white beans and potatoes and the taste of the meats: duck confit and country ham. It is a complete dish without frying and added fat, that contains plenty fibers and allergen free. Tasting the Garbure is actually a very pleasant cultural experience.
